Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and order status.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's automotive offerings to effectively assist clients.
- Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments in the automotive sector.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to assist customers effectively.
