In this crucial role, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with inquiries related to automotive insurance and claims. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients receive the support and guidance they need throughout their insurance journey. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients in the Automotive Insurance & Claims Department.
- Assist customers with questions related to their insurance policies, claims processes, and coverage options.
- Document customer interactions accurately and effectively in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in insurance or automotive sectors, is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
