Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding insurance policies and claims.
- Assist customers with inquiries about coverage, claims processing, and available services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claims processing and address customer needs.
- Stay updated on insurance policies, regulations, and best practices to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Experience in customer support, ideally within the automotive insurance or claims field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
