Your Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients in the automotive insurance and claims department.
- Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy details, and the claims process.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently for reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on insurance policies and claims procedures.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is required.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support, specifically in insurance or claims, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a proactive and empathetic approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for assisting customers in navigating insurance processes.
