Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support representative to join our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in the automotive industry. You will assist Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries related to insurance and claims processes, providing them with accurate information and support to ensure a smooth experience. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive insurance and claims.
- Process claims and provide relevant information to customers in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or insurance-related roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive insurance concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and software is a plus.
