Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients regarding car leasing and financing options.
- Assist customers with inquiries, explaining processes and financial details clearly and effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the database system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
