We are currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Car Leasing & Financing Department. This role is ideal for individuals who have a keen interest in the automotive industry and enjoy assisting customers with their car leasing and financing needs.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding car leasing and financing options through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about lease terms, financing rates, and application processes.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints to ensure a satisfying experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to streamline the leasing process and enhance service quality.
- Educate customers about available leasing and financing products, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
- Gather customer feedback to help identify opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or finance sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
