This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Handle complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and maintain a high standard of service.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for compliance and service improvement.
- Work closely with sales teams to support customer needs and enhance their experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for automobiles and knowledge of automotive products is a plus.
