Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products and services.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and keep accurate records within our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and products to assist customers accurately.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with automotive products and services is advantageous.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management systems.
