In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries relating to our luxury vehicle lineup, providing information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries about vehicle specifications, availability, and the purchasing process.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Share insights and feedback to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to uphold service excellence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interest in luxury vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or luxury automotive is preferred.
  • Ability to address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Must be willing to be based in Greece.
