In this prestigious position, you will assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries related to high-end products and services, ensuring that they receive a seamless and premium shopping experience. Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver premium customer support to German-speaking clients via various channels, ensuring exceptional service levels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products, providing detailed information and recommendations.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and luxury brand representatives to meet service goals and boost client satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to keep up with luxury market trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong passion for luxury products and excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in luxury retail, is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
