In this prestigious position, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to our high-end products and exceptional service offerings. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in a luxurious retail environment.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries regarding high-end products, ensuring they receive personalized and attentive service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain the highest service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of luxury products and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong enthusiasm for luxury brands and high-end customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in retail, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment focused on luxury retail.
