Your Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier customer support to French-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products and services, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in the luxury retail sector.
  • Previous experience in customer support or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a sophisticated and polished demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
