We are currently seeking a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department. This role is perfect for individuals who possess a passion for luxury retail and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding luxury products and services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product availability, order status, and return policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service quality.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of luxury products, as well as any promotional offers.
  • Gather feedback from clients to support ongoing service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an exemplary customer experience.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
