Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding luxury products through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a personalized and top-quality shopping experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and luxury service standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Previous experience in customer support or luxury retail is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a passion for luxury brands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to convey enthusiasm and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
