Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products, services, and account management.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure continuity of support.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to remain informed about gaming trends and product updates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong enthusiasm for gaming and e-sports.
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms and communities is a plus.
