Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, services, and esports events.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and address any operational concerns.
  • Stay informed about gaming trends, product updates, and esports developments to offer informed support to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably within the gaming or esports industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and a good understanding of the esports landscape.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
