Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including chat, email, and social media.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about gaming products, services, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Document customer interactions carefully and accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest gaming trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong enthusiasm for gaming and esports.
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
