Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products, services, account issues, and esports events.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and drive service improvements.
  • Stay informed about gaming trends, product updates, and esports tournaments to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, ideally in the gaming or esports industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for gaming.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
