In this engaging role, you will be the go-to person for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance related to gaming and esports queries. If you are passionate about gaming and have a knack for customer service, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products and esports events.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Offer advice and information about gaming services, promotions, and account details.
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with the gaming team to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of esports is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
