Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, account management, and esports events.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements for service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and gaming news to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the gaming or esports sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office applications.
  • Passion for gaming and a comprehensive understanding of the esports landscape.
