We are currently looking for a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Gaming & Esports Department. This exciting role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about gaming and esports, and who enjoy helping others navigate their gaming experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding gaming products and esports services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to game features, purchases, account management, and technical issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and problems to ensure a positive gaming experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and support requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as game developers and technical support, to address customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest gaming trends, releases, and esports events to provide informed assistance.
  • Gather feedback from customers to contribute to the improvement of gaming and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the gaming or esports industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
