We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for luxury retail and are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience to Flemish-speaking clientele.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding luxury products and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and brand policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring an exquisite customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on pending requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about luxury products, trends, and brand promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
