We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Dating & Social Networking Apps Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping users enhance their experience within the dynamic world of dating and social networking.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Flemish-speaking users of dating and social networking apps through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, app features, and subscription services.
- Effectively resolve user issues and complaints while ensuring a positive user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay user feedback and contribute to the development of new features.
- Educate users about app functionalities, safety tips, and community guidelines.
- Identify trends in user issues and provide insights for process improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the tech, dating, or social networking industries.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer engagement.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to user assistance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
