We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Job & Freelance Platforms Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to assist Flemish-speaking clients in navigating the world of virtual jobs and freelance opportunities.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding virtual job and freelance platforms through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, job postings, and platform features.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients about platform best practices, tools, and opportunities available for freelancers.
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the freelance or online job market.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
