We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Job & Freelance Platforms Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the gig economy and are eager to assist German-speaking users in navigating freelance and virtual job platforms.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of the virtual job and freelance platforms through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding job postings, platform features, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a positive user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the customer support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform functionalities and address user needs.
- Educate users on best practices for finding and managing freelance opportunities on the platform.
- Gather insights and user feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the tech, freelance, or online platform sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
