Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking users of our virtual job and freelance platforms via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries about platform features, job postings, and account management.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance user satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong enthusiasm for customer service and the freelance job market.
- Previous experience in customer support or knowledge of virtual job platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
