Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer support to Hebrew-speaking users of virtual job and freelance platforms through various channels.
  • Assist users with inquiries related to job listings, freelance projects, and platform functionalities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of user interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve user satisfaction and service quality.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Passion for assisting job seekers and freelancers in finding opportunities.
  • Prior experience in customer support or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with users.
  • Team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Interest in working in the virtual job and freelance industry.
