Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking users of our virtual job and freelance platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, job postings, and platform features.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about industry trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the freelancing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
