We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Job & Freelance Platforms Department. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about assisting individuals in navigating the freelance landscape and providing outstanding customer service in Spanish.
Responsibilities- Offer exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking users of virtual job and freelance platforms via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, job postings, payment processing, and platform features.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive user experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in freelancing and virtual job platforms to provide informed assistance.
- Collect feedback from users to support ongoing improvements to the platform and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in online platforms or the freelancing industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
