Spanish Speaking Customer Support for Virtual Assistant Department

We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is perfect for those who are enthusiastic about customer service and want to assist Spanish-speaking clients in navigating our virtual assistant services.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about service offerings, pricing, and how to effectively utilize virtual assistant solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding questions or requests.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and train clients on using virtual assistant tools.
- Stay informed about the latest services and features to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather client feedback to support ongoing improvements to our offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual assistance or administrative support context.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
