Portuguese Speaking Customer Support for Virtual Assistant Department

We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about customer service and are eager to assist Portuguese-speaking clients in navigating our virtual assistance services.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to service offerings, account management, and usage of platforms.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records for follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Virtual Assistant team to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
- Educate customers on how to best utilize virtual assistant tools and features for optimal efficiency.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the virtual assistance or tech support fields.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
