Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our virtual assistant services and resolve any issues they may encounter.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about service updates and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Please be sure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or virtual assistance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
