In this important role, you will support Polish-speaking users by addressing their inquiries related to our virtual job and freelance platforms. You'll help ensure that our users have a smooth experience as they navigate our services. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries regarding our virtual job and freelance platforms, helping them find suitable opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance user satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Please be sure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or familiarity with freelance platforms is a plus but not required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
