In this key role, you will provide outstanding support to Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to virtual assistant services. Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding virtual assistant services, tasks, and project management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Virtual Assistant team to provide seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about service offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a virtual assistant or service-oriented role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
