Spanish Speaking Customer Support for Virtual Assistant Department

We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and looking to assist Spanish-speaking clients in managing their virtual assistance needs.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with service inquiries, account management, and project details.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with the virtual assistant team to streamline service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on available services, tools, and best practices for maximizing their virtual assistant experience.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in an online or virtual assistance environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
