Portuguese Speaking Customer Support for Virtual Assistant Department

We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and assisting Portuguese-speaking clients with their virtual assistance needs.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries about service offerings, pricing, and scheduling.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with the virtual assistant team to ensure seamless service delivery and address complex client needs.
- Educate clients on how to maximize the use of virtual assistant services to enhance their productivity.
- Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement of services provided.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in virtual assistance or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
