In this role, you will interact with clients in Hebrew, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with our virtual assistant services. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Hebrew to clients utilizing our virtual assistant services.
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and guiding them through the features of the virtual assistant.
- Record detailed notes of client interactions for future reference and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about virtual assistant trends and improvements.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is a requirement for this role.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer support.
- Prior experience in customer support is valued but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills tailored for Hebrew-speaking clients.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and helpful attitude.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for the virtual assistant industry and willingness to learn and grow in this field.
