We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Job & Freelance Platforms Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting freelance professionals and virtual job seekers in their endeavors.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking users of our virtual job and freelance platforms via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries related to account management, job postings, application processes, and platform features.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain comprehensive records of customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address user needs and improve platform functionalities.
- Educate customers about available tools, resources, and best practices for successful freelancing.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to support ongoing platform improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within virtual job or freelance platform environments.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
