Your Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients using our virtual job and freelance platforms.
- Assist users with inquiries regarding platform features, account issues, and job postings.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve user satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development to stay updated on platform features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in the freelance job market and virtual work environments.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
