Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking users of virtual job and freelance platforms through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, job postings, and payment processing.
- Effectively resolve user issues and complaints, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up communications proficiently.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex queries and improve platform functionality.
- Educate users about platform features, best practices, and compliance with usage policies.
- Gather user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and platform offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in tech or online platforms preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and work under pressure.
- Competency in using CRM tools and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
