Flemish Speaking Customer Support for Online Pharmacy

We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Pharmacy & Telemedicine Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and technology and wish to provide excellent support to Flemish-speaking clients navigating telemedicine and pharmaceutical services.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy and telemedicine services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about medication, consultations, and service details.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for follow-up.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and new products to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather feedback from customers to contribute to the ongoing improvement of services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare, pharmacy, or telemedicine sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting clients.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
