In this crucial role, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with inquiries regarding our telemedicine services and online pharmacy products, ensuring that they receive informative and compassionate support. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding telemedicine services and pharmacy products, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall service experience.
- Engage in regular training to stay informed about product offerings and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in customer support, especially in healthcare or pharmacy, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-centered environment.
