Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Flemish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about home improvement and customer service, who are eager to assist Flemish-speaking customers in their DIY projects.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to home improvement and DIY tools.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, order status, and technical support regarding tools and home improvement solutions.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently to ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and trends in home improvement to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service quality.
- Promote a positive and engaging customer experience while building lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or DIY industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for home improvement and a good understanding of DIY tools.
