Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is proud to announce an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for home improvement and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to home improvement and DIY tools.
- Assist customers with product selection, technical support, and order processing.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance on usage and maintenance of various tools.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings and promotions in the home improvement sector.
- Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or home improvement sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for DIY projects and home improvement is an advantage.
