Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to home improvement products, tools, and services. Your expertise in customer service and passion for DIY projects will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are fluent in German and enjoy assisting customers in their home improvement journeys, we would love to have you on our team
Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions related to DIY tools and home improvement supplies.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to facilitate efficient follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective handling of customer concerns.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and DIY trends to enhance customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the home improvement or retail industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with DIY tools and home improvement products is advantageous.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
