This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for home improvement and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home improvement products, DIY tools, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the company's system.
- Stay informed about the latest products, trends, and promotions in the home improvement and DIY sector.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and address customer feedback effectively.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions with customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or home improvement industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- A genuine interest in home improvement and DIY projects.
