Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for a well-known Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about home improvement and enjoy helping customers find the right tools and solutions for their projects.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and support needs.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and order processing related to DIY tools and home improvement items.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest home improvement trends, tools, and products to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall service quality.
- Promote a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty through attentive service.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in retail, home improvement, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in DIY projects and home improvement products.
