Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to offer an exciting position for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about home improvement and enjoy assisting customers in finding the right tools and solutions for their projects.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat formats, offering expert advice on home improvement and DIY tools.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, availability, pricing, and shipping information.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, trends, and promotions in the home improvement sector.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, contributing to the improvement of service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer issues and enhance the overall experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or home improvement sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with DIY tools and home improvement products is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
