Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about home improvement and DIY projects, and are dedicated to providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding home improvement and DIY tools.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and troubleshooting or usage questions for various tools.
- Guide customers in selecting the right tools and products based on their specific needs and projects.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and trends in the home improvement sector.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or home improvement sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of DIY tools and home improvement products is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
